Small Yoghurt & Melon Desserts

  • 6 tbsp plain low fat yoghurt
  • 2 slices just-ripe melon (blended)
  • 1 handful almonds (slivered)
  1. Use 2 small drinking glasses or glass pudding bowls

  2. Add 2 tbsp of yoghurt into each glass

  3. Place an equal amount of the pureed melon on top of the yoghurt in each glass

  4. Add 1 tbsp of yoghurt to each glass, on top of the pureed melon

  5. Sprinkle some of the nuts on the top layer of yoghurt

Tip: Make these before you serve dinner and place in the fridge so that you can serve them cold. You can use berries or paw-paw instead of the melon if you wish
