Goats Milk Cheese Dip

  • 300 g goats milk cheese
  • 6 tbsp creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley and chives
  • Fresh vegetables or crackers to serve
  1. Combine goats milk cheese with creme fraiche, olive oil, wine and herbs

  2. Blend until smooth, then chill until ready to use

  3. Serve with fresh crudits or crackers
