Mick’s Sweet Muffins
Recipe adapted by Monique Carroll
- 500 g premix muffin mix
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup blueberries (crushed)
- ½ cup raspberries (crushed)
- 2 bananas (mashed)
- 200 ml strawberry yoghurt
- 60 ml oil
- 1 heaped tbsp flour
- 1 heaped tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 140°C

Mix all the ingredients together

Spoon into prepared muffin pans

Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through
You can also add a handful of pumpkin, flax, sunflower seeds
