- 500 g savoury muffin premix
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup cheese (grated)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast
- 9 slices bacon (cooked and sliced in half)

Preheat oven to 180°C

Mix together all the ingredients

Spoon into prepared muffin pans

Bake as per the instructions on the package or until cooked through
They freeze well, so they are great for lunch boxes and breakfasts.
