Recipe: Condensed Milk Tart

Condensed Milk Tart 1 tin condensed milk 3 tins evaporated milk 15 ml butter 1 egg (beaten) 37.5 ml all purpose flour (OR almond flour) 37.5 ml custard powder 1 ml salt 5 ml vanilla

Condensed Milk Tart

  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 3 tins evaporated milk
  • 15 ml butter
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 37.5 ml all purpose flour (OR almond flour)
  • 37.5 ml custard powder
  • 1 ml salt
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • cinnamon powder (for dusting)
  1. Cook the condensed milk, 2 cans evaporated milk and butter over medium heat

  2. Mix the remaining milk, egg, flour, custard powder and salt

  3. Add the mixture cooked condensed milk

  4. Stir for 5 min over medium heat

  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla.Pour into a shallow dish and sprinkle with cinnamon

  6. Let cool
