This creamy, fruity, delicious smoothie is packed with Vitamin C and Calcium. A dash of orange juice and honey makes it soothing and reviving, a great drink to kick start your day.

Mixed Berry Smoothie

  • 250 g frozen mixed berries
  • 100 ml greek yoghurt
  • 45 ml honey
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 small banana (frozen and cut into chunks (optional))
  1. Place the frozen berries and yoghurt in a blender

  2. Blend thoroughly to make a thick puree

  3. Scrape the mixture down from the sides with a rubber spatula if necessary and continue blending to incorporate all the ingredients

  4. Add the honey, milk and banana (optional) blend until smooth

  5. Pour into chilled glasses, decorated with extra fresh berries if desired
