Feta Balls Rolled in Seeds & Spices

  • 250 g traditional or black pepper feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp pitted black olives (chopped)
  1. Process the Feta and olives in a food processor until a paste forms

  2. Shape into balls and roll in assorted seeds and spices such as roasted cumin, paprika, sesame and fresh herbs

  3. Serve with crackers as a light snack

This recipe can also be used when entertaining
