Camembert & Mushrooms on Toasted Country Loaf

  • 8 medium button mushrooms
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 8 slices camembert
  • 4 slices country loaf (lightly toasted)
  • butter
  • seasoning (to taste)
  1. Saute the mushrooms in butter until soft and cooked through

  2. Top the toast with the mushrooms, tomatoes, thyme and Camembert

  3. Grill until the Camembert is soft and just starting to melt

  4. Serve immediately
