- 1 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp pepper (ground)
- 1 large avocado (mashed)
- 1 large tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- jalapeno sauce (to taste)

Serve with: vegetables, or as a spread on bread, pitas or crackers
