Recipe: Avocado Dip

Avocado Dip ¾ cup plain low fat yoghurt 1 tbsp onion (finely chopped) 2 tsp pepper (ground) 1 large avocado (mashed) 1 large tomato (finely chopped) 1 tbsp lemon juice jalapeno sauce (to taste) Mix

Avocado Dip

  • ¾ cup plain low fat yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp pepper (ground)
  • 1 large avocado (mashed)
  • 1 large tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • jalapeno sauce (to taste)
  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Refrigerate for a few hours

Serve with: vegetables, or as a spread on bread, pitas or crackers
