- 3 tbs olive oil
- pinch lemon pepper

Preheat oven at 180ºC

Slice the bread into thin slices, brush with olive oil and season with lemon pepper

Bake until golden brown
Spicy Baby Marrow Relish
- 3 spring onions (finely chopped)
- 250 g baby marrows (sliced)
- 1 tsp chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 bunch coriander (chopped)
- ½ lemon (zest and juice)
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Fry spring onions and chillies in a little olive oil until soft

Add baby marrows and cook for 5 minutes until baby marrows have softened

Add coriander, lemon juice and olive oil, season to taste and serve

- 2 cups white kidney beans (cooked)
- 1 tsp chillies
- 2 lemons (juice only)
