Vanilla Creams

  • 1 egg white
  • 320 g icing sugar
  • 2.5 ml vanilla extract
  1. Whip the egg white till at stiff peak stage

  2. Fold in a little of the icing sugar and the vanilla extract

  3. Turn the mixture out onto a clean work surface and knead in the remaining icing sugar

  4. Roll the icing sugar mixture into a “log” and cut into bite size pieces

  5. Place in the fridge till set
