- 320 g icing sugar
- 2.5 ml vanilla extract

Whip the egg white till at stiff peak stage

Fold in a little of the icing sugar and the vanilla extract

Turn the mixture out onto a clean work surface and knead in the remaining icing sugar

Roll the icing sugar mixture into a “log” and cut into bite size pieces

Place in the fridge till set
