Savoury Muffins
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- ½ cup ham (finely chopped)
- ½ cup cheese (grated)
- ¼ cup mushrooms (finely chopped)
- 1 small red capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 125 g butter (melted)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)

Pre-heat oven 180°C and grease a muffin tin

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl

Stir in butter, milk and egg until just combined

Do not over mix

Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until cooked and golden
