Preheat the oven to 180°C

Discard the ends of the rye bread and slice the loaf into 6 equal slices

Divide the cream cheese equally among the 6 slices of bread and spread evenly on one side

Divide the mozzarella evenly among the 6 slices of bread and sprinkle on top of the cream cheese

Divide the ham pieces evenly among the 6 slices of bread and place on top of the mozzarella

Divide the cheese evenly among the 6 slices of bread and sprinkle on top of the ham

Place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese begins to brown
