  • 500 g rye bread
  • ½ tub cream cheese
  • 130 g mozzarella (grated)
  • 70 g black pepper cheese (grated)
  • 40 g ham (sliced into blocks)
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Discard the ends of the rye bread and slice the loaf into 6 equal slices

  3. Divide the cream cheese equally among the 6 slices of bread and spread evenly on one side

  4. Divide the mozzarella evenly among the 6 slices of bread and sprinkle on top of the cream cheese

  5. Divide the ham pieces evenly among the 6 slices of bread and place on top of the mozzarella

  6. Divide the cheese evenly among the 6 slices of bread and sprinkle on top of the ham

  7. Place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese begins to brown

  8. Serve warm as is or with a side salad
