Best made 1 day in advance

  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 230 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Oil for baking tin.
  1. Preheat oven to 200º C

  2. Combine all ingredients until smooth, strain and reserve for use

  3. Heat oil in muffin tin or tray

  4. Pour batter until ⅔ full

  5. Bake for 20 minutes
