- 30 ml pecorino (grated)
- 60 ml wholegrain mustard
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 30 ml breadcrumbs (toasted)
- 60 ml rosemary (chopped)

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Gently pack the crust over the top of the beef, patting down to ensure that it is secure
