Recipe: Oats Smoothie

Oats Smoothie 1 banana 3 heaped tbsp plain low fat yoghurt 2 tbsp fat free milk 2 heaped tbsp raw oats Place all the ingredients in a blender Blend until smooth Pour into a glass

Oats Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 3 heaped tbsp plain low fat yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp fat free milk
  • 2 heaped tbsp raw oats
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Pour into a glass and serve

If you want a more watery consistency, add some more milk or water

Tip: For a different taste, use various fruits or add a bit of peanut butter.
