Momma Jo's Easy Hamburger Patties {Gluten Free}

Ingredients

  • 1 kg lean minced beef
  • 1 tbsp dry thyme
  • 1 egg beaten
  • salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
  • oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly
  • Form the mixture into 6 meatballs and press to the desired thickness
  • Fry until cooked
  • Enjoy

Notes

I bake these in a preheated oven at 200°C for 7-10 min, depending on how well we want them.
